In short
- We collect only what you give us: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and payment details handled by Stripe.
- We use it to run the programs you sign up for and to contact you about them.
- We never sell your information.
- You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Shania Sutherland Co ("we", "us"), a personal branding and digital visibility consultancy registered in the United Kingdom and operating from Trinidad and Tobago. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect
- Sign-up details: your first name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number when you register for the Q4 Visibility Accelerator or another program.
- Payment details: when you buy the mentorship, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, the amount paid and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
- Program participation: attendance, submitted tasks and deliverables, and your progress in our programs.
- Technical information: our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type, for security and to keep the site running.
3. How we use it
- To register you, confirm your place and send your session links, workbooks and replays.
- To deliver the mentorship, consultations and programs you've paid for, including reviewing your deliverables.
- To contact you by email or WhatsApp about the programs you've joined, and about upcoming programs and events. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To process payments, refunds and transfers, and to keep financial records.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
Where UK data protection law applies, we rely on: performing our agreement with you (delivering what you signed up for or bought), our legitimate interests (running and improving our business, and telling you about similar programs), legal obligations (such as keeping financial records) and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only as far as they need it:
- Stripe, for payments
- Netlify, which hosts this website and stores form submissions
- FormSubmit, which delivers sign-up details to our inbox
- Microsoft Outlook, our email provider
- Google Meet, for live sessions
- WhatsApp, for program groups and announcements
Some of these providers store information outside Trinidad and Tobago and the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards these providers put in place for international transfers. We may also share information if the law requires it.
5. Live sessions and group spaces
Live sessions may be recorded so participants can watch the replays. Replays are shared only with people in that program. Anything you post in a program WhatsApp group can be seen by the other members of that group.
We will not use your name, photo, story or results in our marketing without asking you first.
6. How long we keep it
We keep sign-up and program information for as long as you're involved with our programs and for up to two years afterwards, so we can support past participants and let them know about future programs. Payment and financial records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see below).
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- correct anything that's wrong
- delete your information, unless we need to keep it by law
- stop contacting you about future programs
- stop or limit how we use your information, or object to a particular use

8. Keeping it safe
We use trusted providers with strong security, keep access to your information limited to the people who need it, and never ask for your card details by email or WhatsApp.
9. Children
Our programs are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it took effect.
